XV1/368pp with Preface, 15 Chapters and 17 engravings. Marbled endpapers and gilt decorated edges with Prize label to FFEP from Saint Saviours, Ardingly, and dated 1887. Prelims are lightly foxed and odd scattered foxing throughout. Spine rubbed at edges, and worn/rubbed at top of spine, corners show minor wear.Gilt edges slightly rubbed. Binding sound/tight and otherwise VG.
