Yet the gold lettering is readable. The gilt ship/yacht on the cover is still bright gold. Tight binding. A previous owner's name plus is on the inside cover, written in pencil. The original bookstore seller's stamp is on the front end page; otherwise, unmarked. Age foxing and a light circular stain shows at the top of pages but does affect the paper or reading. Many advertisements for other books at the end of the volume. Many illustrations. A collectible.
