Spine lettering and stamping ever-so-faintly rubbed, else tight and nice, with only the mildest of edgewear. A handsome, tight first edition of the first title in the 3-titles-only "Raymond Benson Series" that follows the adventures of the namesake and his chum Ned Grover. An all-around superb copy. Lothrop, Lee & Shepard reprinted this title in 1906 (retitling it "The Camp on Letter K; or, Two Live Boys in Northern Maine") and the two other titles the following year.
