Based at the foot of the West Elk mountains in rural western Colorado, our specialties include natural history, western Americana, Native American titles, Colorado books, children's literature, and art and design titles. We take pride in describing each book for sale individually and carefully, shipping same day, and treating every customer with the kind of care we love to receive ourselves at a great bookstore.

West Elk Books guarantees the condition of every book as it is described on
the Abebooks web sites. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, or if the order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, we will issue a refund.
