In his poetry and music, S. Kelly Rammell likes to celebrate the things we are often too busy to notice or appreciate, or that we take for granted, like the beauty and serenity of nature. In addition to writing, he loves to perform at festivals and events. He plays music, mostly the guitar and Irish whistles. He sings with the Land of Legend Barbershop Chorus and is a puppeteer every Sunday at a church in the small town where he lives, St. Louisville, Ohio.
Jeanette Canyon received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Columbus College of Art & Design. Inspired by the philosophy and schools of Reggio Emilia, Italy, she has enjoyed a distinguished career as an artist and arts educator of young children for over a decade. She now spends her time creating art for children's books, visiting schools, and sharing her creative spirit with others.
