Victor Kline has been working as a pastry chef since he was 13 years old. After holding positions in several major five-star hotels, including the Hilton Resort Orlando and Walt Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, he opened the Remember When Bakery, where his sugar-free treats were a big hit among diabetics and carb-conscious dieters. He lives in Cookeville, Tennessee.
