This book covered everything I needed to learn lease options in the UK (unlike many of the other books which seemed to be for the US!) The first part of the book helped me get to grips with how lease options works in theory which helped me understand the concept. Then the book covered the creative strategies and gave me the tools, advice and information in actually doing property deals using these techniques so I could start on my own.
