Stewart Roberts has compiled, edited and published the Annual since 1976. He has written about ice hockey since falling in love with the game as a fan of the Brighton Tigers in the 1960s.
He has written for national newspapers including the Daily Mail and the Sunday Times and has reported on several World Championships for the Daily Telegraph.
The chairman of Ice Hockey Journalists UK and a trustee of the Ice Hockey Players Benevolent Fund, he was publicity officer of the British Ice Hockey Association during the 1980s.
