Descripción Hardcover. Condición: Near Fine. Estado de la sobrecubierta: Very Good. 1st Edition. First English Edition (NAP). Signed and inscribed by the author on the title page. There are 32 pages of illustrations. I'll begin with a statement: this book is in excellent condition. You can see the black covers in the photographs provided. They are quite clean. There is no wear on any of the six edges. The corners are in very good shape. Two have a speck-sized spot of rubbing, no rub-through. The top edge of the spine has a bit of a bend, a little crinkling. The gilt lettering on the spine is very bright. The book is square and straight. It is very solidly bound. This is a very solidly bound 411 page book. The interior is in terrific shape. The pages are exceptionally clean. Scrolling through, I didn't see any creasing or dogeared corners. The book appears to either have been unread or read with great care. There are no markings anywhere. There are no attachments. And with the exception of the author's signed inscription ( 'To Paul Miller, This History of our Industry, Most sincerely, Fred Aftalion, 7/1/92'), no one has written their name or anything else anywhere in the book. The dust jacket is rated Very Good. It presents very well. The jacket is clean. It does have a little bit of age or sun toning around the margins of the rear white cover. It has a tiny tear off the top edge of the rear cover and a crease off the rear bottom edge. There's a little bit of scuffing/rubbing at the spine ends. The photographs will give you a better sense than my description. The jacket is NOT clipped. I've had it in a fitted protective cover for as long as I've owned it. I will surrender it to you along with the book and jacket. Inscribed by Author(s). Nº de ref. del artículo: 001700
