She is the Director of the University's Institute for Research, Development and Educational Excellence, where she is in charge of teacher training for 600 teachers and students and community outreach to public schools and teachers. Born and educated in the United States, she is an international consultant and conducts workshops for parents, teachers, and education professionals.
