Since 1965, Roy Thomas has been writing for movies, television, and especially comic books. With notable runs on Avengers, X-Men, Conan the Barbarian, Incredible Hulk, and Star Wars; he served as a Marvel editor from 1965-80 and editor-in-chief from 1972-74. He currently edits Alter Ego and writes two online Tarzan strips as well as the occasional comic book. He and his wife Dann live in South Carolina.

Howard Chaykin is a critically acclaimed American comic book writer and artist. He wrote AMERICAN FLAGG, THE SHADOW, CHALLENGERS OF THE UNKNOWN among other notable titles. He's worked with both Marvel and DC on critically acclaimed projects such as BLADE, BITE CLUB and more. Gabriel Andrade is an artist hailing from Natal, Rio Grande de Norte, Brazil. In addition DIE HARD: YEAR ONE he has also provided art for ALIENS from Dark Horse Comics.

Archie Goodwin was an important comic book writer and editor for Warren, DC, and Marvel. He was born in 1937 and died in 1998.

Chris Claremont is one of the bestselling comic writers in the world. He wrote The Uncanny X-Men for seventeen years as well as the novelization of the movie X-Men 2. He has been the co-creator of several top-selling series for Marvel Comics, including Excalibur, Wolverine, New Mutants, and, in the United Kingdom, Captain Britain. He wrote the Star Trek twenty-fifth-anniversary graphic novel Debt of Honor and a Next Generation sequel, Cry, Vengeance, for DC Comics, as well as" "Alien/Predator: The Deadliest of Species for Dark Horse. His debut novel was Firstflight, the story of a young female astronaut in the twenty-first century, to which he wrote two sequels, Grounded and Sundowner. He collaborated with George Lucas on three novels in The Chronicles of the Shadow War, and has delved into fantasy with the publication of Dragon Moon, a dark fantasy novel co-authored with his wife, Beth Fleisher. The couple lives in Brooklyn with their two children.

Al Williamson (b. 1931, d, 2010) was a comics artist best known for his work on EC's Weird Science and Weird Fantasy comics titles (and, later, Creepy and Eerie, comics magazines that featured EC alumni). He also adaptedStar Wars into comics, and worked on the newspaper strips Flash Gordon and Secret Agent X-9, both creations of Alex Raymond. He also inked various Marvel superhero comics, and was inducted into the Will Eisner Hall of Fame in 2000.
