Born and educated in New York City, Frieda now lives in Toronto, Canada, with her family. Sue Heap is an exciting artist who illustrates children's books full-time. Her picture book Cowboy Baby (Walker) won the 1998 Smarties Book Prize and she co-illustrated Jacqueline Wilson's Double Act with Nick Sharratt. Her Kingfisher picture book Baby Bill and Little Lill has also received wide praise. Sue lives in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.
