The Teacher's Book Pack provides step-by-step guidance for teaching the material. Along with photocopiable material, useful suggestions, sample answers and advice on how to approach exams. Roy Norris started his teaching career in Selby, North Yorkshire, where he taught French and German.Then he moved to Madrid and a career in ELT. He has been working with International House, as teacher, teacher-trainer and at one point Cambridge Examinations Co-ordinator. Roy has written Ready for FCE (2001),Ready for CAE (2004) and Straightforward Advanced (2008), and co-written Direct to FCE (2011). Amanda French began her career in English language teaching as the dictation teacher and then completed DTEFLA (Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language to Adults). She is a CELTA assessor and has written CAE, BEC and IELTS papers, CAE Testbuilder and contributed to the Ready for CAE Workbook and KET Testbuilder.
