NATE'S BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER!
How'd you like to be 11 years old, 4 1/2 feet tall, and the all-time record holder for detentions in school history? Meet Nate Wright, 6th grade Renaissance Man and serious mischief maker.
In Book 3, Nate's landed back in Excitement Village that's right, the detention room. As he watches Mrs. Czerwicki doze off into her cheesy romance novel, he plots his revenge on Artur, the foreign exchange student who always swipes his glory. When he's finally freed, he zips off to a Timber Scouts meeting at Teddy's house, pining for some good, clean, Artur-free fun. But Artur greets him at the door, clad in an identical Timber Scouts uniform! When Francis tells him about a a door-to-door Timber Scout contest to sell Wall-E-Words wall hangings plastered with lame phrases Nate isn't interested. He's tried to sell items door-to-door before, and his efforts have usually resulted in yelling grandmas and agitated soccer dads. But when he realizes this is his one shot to conquer the perfect Artur, he's in. And guess what the grand prize is? A very cool customized skateboard! Get ready for a fun-filled showdown between Nate and his longtime enemy.
Will Nate catch a break this time? Or will he be sent to detention, AGAIN?
Somehow he sails through. Because Nate's destined for greatness.
